Associate Veterinarian

             Blue Mountain Veterinary Hospital and Surgery is a well established mixed animal practice in Western Montana. The practice is 60% small animal, 25% food animal, and 15% large animal with amblatory services. Blue Mountain Veterinary is seeking a small animal, large animal or mixed veterinarian. Blue Mountain Veterinary currently has 2 vets. Dr Rollett Pruyn who started the practice in 2003, and Dr Trevor Ferguson. 

            For small animal, the office does routine check ups and vaccinations, spay/neuters, soft tissue surgery and bone plating and pinning, along with lateral suture. We have a specialist come in for TPLOs. We also provide breeding/collecting services. 

         For large animal ,the office does routine check ups and vaccinations. lameness exams and PPEs, soft tissue surgeries, We do offer colic surgery as we are a reffered veterinary. We also do breeding exams and AI. 

         For food animal, the office does routine check ups and vaccinations. lamenesses, bone plating/pinning. also do Obstetrics in house and amblatory. 

          Blue Mountain Veterinary hours are M-F 8-5:30, Saturday 8am-12pm. An on-call which is divided between doctors M-Th with a Friday, Saturday, Sunday weekend schedule. Weekend call is rotating between veterinarians.
