Brownsville Spay/Neuter, a 501(c)(3) non-profit high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter (HQHVSN) clinic, is seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to serve as Medical Director.

We perform 30+ feline & canine surgeries daily and offer consultation services for cats and dogs only. Our clinic is powered by a passionate, well-trained, and highly efficient support staff who value teamwork and quality patient care. We’re looking for a veterinarian who is ready to take the lead with confidence—your medical decisions will be respected and supported without pushback from the board.

Located in Brownsville, Texas, we’re just minutes from South Padre Island for beachside relaxation and near SpaceX’s Starbase, where you can watch rockets launch into space.
We also have references from fellow Montana veterinarians who have worked with our team and can vouch for our professional, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all medical operations, surgical protocols, and patient care standards.

• Perform and oversee high-volume spay/neuter surgeries (goal: 30/day).

• Guide, mentor, and support our skilled team.

• Help us continue delivering compassionate, affordable care to the community.
